This course is primarily for practitioners to understand the complexities of human thinking, our beliefs and perception that is far from the truth. It explores our misperception of the real you and the influence it has on our health and expression of self. It provides us with an understanding of how we adopt masks to cope with life situations due to fear, and how to peel them away to reach a point of becoming your authentic self, experiencing infinite love, joy with no limitations. When we have a deeper insight into ourselves and not judge it we will be able to unveil the stories of our clients with compassion and understanding
